Frequently Asked Questions

Is scheduling an appointment necessary?

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, it is best to schedule an appointment to avoid double booking with other families and avoid any wait times.

What details do I need to provide to process your order?

We will need the cemetery location, plot type (cremation or burial), rights holder to the plot information (if you have it) and best to give us any idea of what you would like engraved (Name, dates, desired graphics, epitaph, etc.) so we can do a design for you as part of our quotation.

Can you engrave alternate languages to English?

We engrave alternate languages often. All we need is a high-resolution image of the text you would like to incorporate into the design provided to us via Email.

Can I have a portrait on the stone?

Both high end monumental porcelain and impact etching of photos is available.

What is your turnaround time for completion?

We do our best to have the stone ready for the internment or desired date if possible, otherwise the average wait time if you are not in a rush is 4 weeks. Please let us know when you are hoping to have the stone finished and we can see what’s possible.

Who does the installation?

In some cases we will do the installation, in some cases the cemetery is required to do the installation as per their by-laws. We will let you know what your cemetery requires.
